Final Terms dated 23 March 2012 relating to GBP75,000,000
Floating Rate Series 42 Covered Bonds due 2027 (the "Covered Bond")
issued by Abbey National Treasury Services plc under its EUR35
billion Global Covered Bond Programme (the "Programme") and
unconditionally guaranteed by Santander UK plc and unconditionally
and irrevocably guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest
by Abbey Covered Bonds LLP (the "Final Terms").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Covered Bonds and
must be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the
Covered Bonds set forth in the prospectus dated 9 September 2011
(as supplemented on 16 March 2012) (the "Prospectus"), which
Prospectus constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the
Prospectus Directive and which incorporates the Terms and
Conditions of the Covered Bonds. Full information on the issue of
the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the combination
of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
