NatWest Markets Plc announces interim CFO
NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest Markets"), announces today that
Simon Lowe, Director of Finance for NatWest Markets will take on
the role of interim CFO for NatWest Markets. Simon Lowe will
replace current NatWest Markets CFO David King, who announced his
resignation in November 2021. David King will step down from his
CFO role, his role as an Executive Director of NatWest Markets and
his role on the Supervisory Board of NatWest Markets N.V. on 1
April. Simon Lowe will join the Supervisory Board of NatWest
Markets N.V. on an interim basis as an observer.
Simon Lowe has worked at NatWest Markets for over 16 years and
has most recently been responsible for the Financial Control,
Product Control and Valuation teams. In his interim position he
will join Robert Begbie's management team, as well as NatWest Group
plc's Finance Executive Committee. Simon Lowe and David King will
continue to work together to transition David King's
responsibilities. NatWest Markets is undertaking an internal and
external search for David King's permanent successor as CFO.
