NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Bondholders that at the Meeting of the Bondholders convened by the Notice published on 21 December 2022 (the Notice of Meeting), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting was passed and the other conditions set out in resolution 5(c) have been satisfied. Accordingly, the Supplemental Bond Trust Deed and the Supplemental Loan Agreement referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution have been entered into on 17 January 2023 and the waivers and modifications contained therein shall take effect upon the Sanctuary Acquisition (as defined in the Notice of Meeting).
