Board Approvals for Swan Housing Association and Sanctuary Business Combination

Swan Housing Association's proposed business combination with Sanctuary has been agreed by the Boards of both organisations.

This follows a detailed due diligence process, the results of which were presented to the Boards for consideration.

The transaction will be subject to the necessary contractual requirements, as well as the satisfactory resolution of commercial discussions with third parties.
