21 September 2010 (the "Supplement") to the base prospectus dated 27 August 2010 
(the "Base Prospectus") relating to its Note, Certificate and Warrant Programme 
has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing. 
The Supplement and the Base Prospectus will be made available to investors free 
of charge upon request during normal business hours from Monday to Friday each 
week (public holidays excepted) from and including the date of the publication
