that it has completed a definitive agreement to acquire Global
rights of a revolutionary Organic Oral Health Product line which
includes an exciting Children's Organic Product Line complete with
a proprietary line of tooth brushes that is designed for
"non-abrasive" daily usage.
Total natural products industry sales (in naturals stores; food,
drug and mass merchandisers; Internet; mail order; practitioners
and multilevel marketing) grew nearly 7 percent, to $81 billion, in 2010. Total sales of natural
products by all retailers, including natural and mass
merchandisers, grew 7.3 percent, to more than $65 billion. The Company has acquired the
full rights of this product line from renown Bio-Chemist and
Cosmetic, White Smile Global Chief Scientific Officer Dr.
Martin Giniger D.M.D., Ph.D, MsD,
FICD.
The Acquisition was completed after intensive studies into the
effectiveness of the organic properties as opposed to traditional
ingredients in mainstream products available today. "The past
