On August 17^th, 2021, Wikisoft Corp. a Nevada corporation (“we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”) issued a Press Release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its common stock has commenced trading on the OTCQB Tier of OTC Markets. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
