Business Wire
USCorp (OTCBB:USCS), announces Fiscal 2010 Management Team.
Effective October 1, 2009 Robert Dultz is Chairman of the Board.
Carl O’Baugh was reelected to the Board of Directors. Spencer
Eubank was also elected a Director. Elected as outside directors
were Michelle Seibel, an entrepreneurial business owner experienced
in construction and IT consulting; and B. Keith Simerson, a noted
author, boardroom advisor, and management consultant. Dr. Simerson
recently returned from a two month assignment in Iraq.
Officers of the Corporation are Robert Dultz, President, CEO and
Acting CFO; and Spencer Eubank, Secretary-Treasurer, a position he
held from 2002 through 2006.
The officers and directors of USCorp’s wholly owned
subsidiaries, Southwest Resource Development, Inc, and USMetals,
Inc., are the same as for USCorp.
USCorp is sad to announce the passing its President, Larry
Dietz. Larry was a friend and business associate for over 25 years.
His knowledge of mineralization occurrences throughout the
Southwest was unparalleled. He was a Vietnam veteran. Most
importantly, Larry was a truly good man and we miss him.
About USCorp
USCorp has two USA mineral exploration projects: the gold and
silver Twin Peaks project in Yavapai County, Arizona, and the gold
Picacho Salton project in Imperial County, California.
About Measurements
Technical Reports and Feasibility Studies on our projects use
the internationally recognized Canadian terms "Mineral Resource",
"Measured Mineral Resource", "Indicated Mineral Resource" and
"Inferred Mineral Resource" that are not defined terms under
standards of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC). Under SEC standards, mineralization may not be classified as
a "reserve" unless the determination has been made that the
mineralization could be economically produced and permitted in
order to be legally produced at the time the reserve calculation is
made. USCorp cautions readers not to assume that all or any part of
Measured, Indicated or Inferred Resources will ever be converted
into Mineral Reserves as defined by the SEC.
