The Horti Fair, held in the Netherlands, is considered horticulture's most important and prestigious show. Fair judges narrowed the field of more than 600 contestants for this year's award to eight finalists in the technical section. Cees Veerman, Dutch Minister of Agriculture, will present the award to the winner on the opening day of the Horti Fair, Nov. 2.
