RusHydro submitted the notification to FFMS of Russia

JSC RusHydro (the Company) submitted the notification on the results of the Company’s bonds issue of series 07, 08 (state registration numbers 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-Е of December 27, 2012) each comprising 10 mln securities, par value of each security is RUR 1000.

The placement was conducted through open subscription. The bonds series in total volume of 20 bn rubles were placed in full on February 14, 2013. These bonds mature in February 2023 (3,640 days) and are subject to put option in 5 years.

The Company should publish the text of the notification on results of the Company’s bonds issue within 2 days from the date of state registration such notification on the Company’s corporate website at www.rushydro.ru and http://www.e-disclosure.ru/portal/company.aspx?id=8580.
