Rennova Health, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 within the prescribed time period because the Company is still compiling information for the Form 10-K and its auditors have not completed their audit of the financial statements for the year then ended. The Company expects to file its Form 10-K on or prior to the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

 

Persons who are to respond to the collection of information contained in this form are not required to respond unless the form displays a currently valid OMB control number.
