announce that David K Hanabusa, a very accomplished executive with
a broad range of experience in high technology companies, has
joined Notify as its new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Paul F. DePond, the founder of
the company, will continue to lead Notify's sales and marketing
team as President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing.

Valley, Mr. Hanabusa previously worked in two venture capital firms
(Sequoia Ventures and Aragon Ventures), was an executive officer in
over 10 high technology companies, and was an auditor in a
predecessor firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Hanabusa
has a CPA, MBA and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
