MYFT My Freightworld Technologies Inc (CE)

myFreightWorld Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MYFT) www.myfreightworld.com and All Modes Transport www.allmodestrans.com announced today the completion of a financial agreement to merge the retail division of MYFT with All Modes Transport of Kansas City. The purchase price will be determined by a formula of revenue and future earnings and paid for by a combination of cash and stock. It is expected to be accretive and non-dilutive in 2011. All Modes annual revenues are in excess of $10 Million Dollars. The company was founded in 2007 by CEO Stephen Ruggiero and has doubled in revenues each year since its inception.
