Margo
Caribe, Inc. (the “Company”) will not be able to timely file its quarterly
report on Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007 (the
“Third Quarter 10-QSB”) as a result of delays in the preparation of its
unaudited consolidated financial statements to be included in the Third Quarter
10-QSB. The Company will filed its delayed quarterly reports on Form
10-QSB for 2006 and 2007, including the Third Quarter 10-QSB, and the delayed
annual report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2006 as soon
as
practicable.
