LEVEL Vision Electronics Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: LVLV) announces the
advantages of its 3D screens being compatible with the industry's
standard development platforms.
The proprietary 3D rendering tool is compatible with the
industry's standard development platforms such as: Autodesk 3ds
Max, formerly 3D Studio MAX, MAYA and the OpenGL driver for:
Google Earth, EON, Amira, Open GVS SDK, TECPLOT, Vega, Coin3D,
VRML, UGS NX, Catia, Counterstrike game, and many more in the
works. Having such an open and friendly platform means more content
from developers who want their media in the eyes of the public.
LEVEL's Division of 3D Multimedia is currently using lenticular
technology which is much brighter than parallax barrier glass and
plays its rendered 3D videos onto its proprietary player. This
cutting edge Technology of 3D screens with or without integrated
CPUs and without the need for glasses, was developed in
collaboration with a development partner/engineering firm in Taiwan
under a Joint Technology Development Agreement.
Now, premium advertising prices can be envisioned due to higher
CPM (Cost Per Impression) value with the longer attraction of the
consumer's attention.
"Setting a new trend in Advertising, getting people to see,
admire and believe while being exposed in 3D to their favorite
brands, logos and trademarks, is the goal of this technology," said
Jean-Francois Lefebvre, Vice-President of LEVEL Vision Electronics
Ltd. "This is the new alternative for advertisers who may be losing
ground due to internet advertising. We believe that this new
technology will later translate into an effective strategy for
delivering long-term profitability for the company and its
shareholders," further added Mr. Lefebvre.
