Dow Jones News
--J Sainsbury Chief Executive Mike Coupe has acknowledged that
regulators may halt its proposed merger with Asda, the British arm
of Walmart Inc., the Financial Times reports.

launched a formal investigation into the merger, could refer the
deal to an in-depth probe as early as this week, the FT
reports.
