InterCloud Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICLD) (the "Company" or "InterCloud"), today formally announced the appointment of Scott Davis as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In his new role, Mr. Davis is responsible for World Wide Sales and Marketing for InterCloud Systems. According to Company President Frank Jadevaia, "The addition of Scott to our executive leadership team provides us with the opportunity to execute on a number of key strategic growth initiatives. We now have additional senior executive level focus on our go to market strategy, and our three lines of business, Cloud and Managed Services, Applications and Infrastructure, and Professional Services. These lines of business will benefit from Scott's extensive leadership, experience and network of customers.

Jadevaia continued, "Mr. Davis has a proven track record of success in our space and will be invaluable to us in his new position. His experience adds tremendous value to our leadership team."

Mr. Davis is an innovator in the managed services and cloud market, including his position as Executive Director, Officer of Xeta Technologies, where he held various executive level sales positions since 2006.  He holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from North Central College and an undergraduate degree in entrepreneurial studies from the University of Wisconsin.
