Last week, Integrative Health Technologies (IHTI) (OTCBB:IHTI) announced its study to evaluate the effectiveness and the return-on-investment of its on-line wellness program. The program is designed around a simple, but proven, behavior modification principle � �what gets measured and tracked, gets managed and changed.� The program costs only $2.95 each month per employee, patient or individual, paid on a month-to-month basis. A one-time cost of $30.00 for a pedometer-based physical activity kit is optional, but strongly recommended.
