Holdings Corp. (OTCBB: INHC), a holding company with subsidiaries
providing leading edge, process oriented thinking to government

today announced the appointment of John K.
McKelvey as Vice President of Air Force Program Management
for Innovative Logistics Techniques, Inc. (INNOLOG).
In his role, Mr. McKelvey will be leading the program management
efforts of the recent contract award to ITC Corp. in support of the
Air Force Materiel Command Center ACCESS program. Mr.
McKelvey will also be responsible for growing INNOLOG's Air Force
business outside of the ACCESS contract by working with other
military-oriented contractors and directly with the Air Force's
Materiel Command Center Executive personnel. Mr. McKelvey has
over twenty years of experience successfully working in the Defense
industry where he has held several senior-level positions at firms
such as BAE Systems and Boeing.
