Connie Helwig, sole director of Eagle
Oil Holding Company Inc., is pleased to announce that she is having her
lawsuit dismissed against the corporation.

Pursuant to the direction that the company is headed with its Frank Farm
lease in Pennsylvania,
this potential liability will now be removed to the benefit of all
