Western Minerals Group Ltd. ("GWMG" or the "Company") (TSXV: GWG)
(OTCQX: GWMGF) announced that it has entered into an investor
relations agreement with Kei Advisors LLC ("Kei") of Buffalo, New York (the "Agreement"). Kei
is an investor relations and business advisory firm that has
developed a comprehensive methodology to help companies create
optimum shareholder value.

leader in the manufacture and supply of rare earth-based alloys and
high purity metals. As we further advance our vertical
integration strategy to include our low cost, high-grade critical
rare earth asset at Steenkampskraal, we believe that a well
executed investor relations program will add value for our
shareholders."
Pursuant to the Agreement, Kei will provide
investor relations services to GWMG including the development and
implementation of investor relations strategies to increase
awareness and foster interest in the Company's opportunities and
activities. The Agreement may be terminated upon 30 days notice by
either party and, as compensation for its services, Kei will
receive a monthly cash retainer fee of $10,500 paid quarterly and reimbursement for
related expenses at cost.
