On December 29, 2022, Enviro Technologies U.S., Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has successfully uplisted the quotation of its common stock from the OTC Pink Market to the OTCQB Venture Market effective December 29, 2022. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
