FAIRFIELD, NJ , the developer and marketer of the world's most advanced, web-based information management application, announced an update from John Bay on activities relating to sales and distribution of VIYYA 2.0, the industry's first service platform dedicated exclusively to the customization and personalization of end user content.

Viyya management indicates that discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and/or product testing are in process with Deutsche Telecom, Microsoft, Orange, Research in Motion, Samsung, Verizon Wireless, several MVNOs, and Xandros. Viyya's management team is now engaged with these companies to establish arrangements that will have the companies supporting Viyya as potential resellers and/or in software licensing programs. Each of the companies involved with Viyya has agreed to disclose appropriate details once contracts have been executed.

"The Broadband and Wireless data services marketplace is continuing to explode and VIYYA 2.0 is at the epicenter of the growth," said Bay. "We are perfectly positioned in the market and we expect closure on some of these opportunities between now and the next sixty days. A number of the companies involve sales cycles that have been as long as two years but the fruits of our labors are now at hand."

These companies represent the market acceptance of the Viyya product line as it coincides with the mobility industry shift from voice to data applications. These companies have been thrilled with the power of the application, its uniqueness, value, and recurring revenue capabilities of the Viyya product line.

Viyya management points out that the market size of the aforementioned companies equals hundreds of millions of users and that negotiations underway with one of the companies for example, consists of embedding the Viyya product with a licensing mechanism that would create a means to generate revenue on a monthly basis of between $1.99 to $9.95 per month per user depending on the software version purchased by the end user.

Bay states, "We're working with management from these companies to develop revenue projections based on various market factors. These companies believe that the Viyya software compliments their desire to push more information to end users and for the end users to be able to have a tool to effectively manage this information."

For our company and our shareholders, Bay concludes, "We're expecting to generate revenue from these opportunities during the second half of 2008 and to use this period as our springboard for achieving over $10 million of revenue in 2009 with year over year growth at 50% until 2011."
