CSI Promotes Paul Koziarz to President and General Manager of Regulatory Compliance

Development Officer Paul Koziarz’s responsibilities to include
serving as president and general manager of its Regulatory
Compliance Division.
In his new role, Koziarz will focus on the design and execution
of key business strategies aimed at delivering robust compliance
solutions to financial institutions and businesses nationwide. He
also will lead initiatives to broaden the reach of CSI’s regulatory
compliance solutions into new industry verticals. CSI’s Regulatory
Compliance Division provides organizations with software solutions
and consulting services focused on risk management, OFAC watch list
screening and fraud prevention. As a leader in the regulatory
compliance space, CSI provides solutions and services that ensure
customer success by leveraging the latest technology advancements
to consistently deliver superior results.
Koziarz has spent more than 25 years in the financial industry,
most recently creating business development and process improvement
opportunities as chief development officer for CSI. Prior to
joining the company in 2011, Koziarz served as president of
Chicago-based Financial Technology, Inc. (FTI), which provided
financial management and decision-support systems to more than
2,000 banks worldwide. Additionally, he previously worked as a vice
president with HNC Software, Inc., where he focused on growing the
community bank business segment for the company’s profitability and
analytics solutions.
