CMARK International Opens Middle East Field Support Office in Kuwait

COLUMBIA, S.C., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CMARK
International, Inc., (OTC Pink Sheets: CMIT) a global provider of
facility and logistic support services for government and
commercial institutions today announced the opening of a field
support office in Kuwait. CMARK has signed a memorandum of
understanding with Sabhan Logistics and Trading Co. of Kuwait and
Palmira Turizm Ticaret of Turkey. This agreement provides for the
supply of fresh food and vegetables, dairy products, and potable
water, as well as engineering and light construction services. This
field support office is located in a 200,000 square foot
refrigerated facility in the Sabhan Industrial Area of Kuwait. Mr.
Riad Halaby in Kuwait will be the primary point of contact for that
support facility. "In addition to continuing to offer supplies to
our existing Department of Defense customers in the Middle East,
CMARK will now start offering value added facility and logistic
services including building maintenance and operations,

on the U.S. Army's new LOGCAP IV program, as well as assist with

Civil Augmentation Program, or LOGCAP, uses private sector
contractors to provide a broad range of logistics and support
services to U.S. and allied forces during combat, such as those
missions now under way in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as to other

LOGCAP IV performance contracts are being awarded as Indefinite
Quantity / Indefinite Delivery (IQ / ID) contracts with one base
year and nine option years. Each contract has a maximum value of up
to $5 billion per year. This allows the Army to award a total
annual maximum value of $15 billion and a lifetime maximum value of
$150 billion. The LOGCAP IV program has a minimum 15 % requirement
for small business including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small
