Adino Energy Corporation (OTCQB: ADNY) (OTCBB: ADNY), an emerging oil and gas exploration and production company (E&P) concentrated on the Permian Basin in West Texas, announced that it has extended the filing date of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011. The Company has filed Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on March 21, 2012.

Adino Energy is compiling additional information required for its exploration and production operations. The Company expects to complete and file the Form 10-K on April 16, 2012.
