On December 15, 2009, BigString Corporation (“BigString”) issued a press release announcing that BigString had received a patent issue notification from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for the Universal, Recallable, Erasable, Secure and Timed Delivery email patent application. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 .
