AdSouth Partners, Inc. Announces Exclusive 5 Year Distribution Agreement for the Hercules Hook, Starring Billy Mays as Spokesman

AdSouth Partners, Inc. (OTCBB:ASPR), is pleased to announce the
signing of an exclusive 5 year agreement for the marketing and
distribution rights of the Hercules Hook branded product. AdSouth
plans the launch of the national direct response marketing campaign
delivered by longtime industry powerhouse Billy Mays, in
conjunction with select media print marketing. The Hercules Hook
has already produced millions of dollars in sales via one of the
worlds largest television broadcast retailers and soon the Hercules
Hook will be offered in select national retailers across the United
States commencing with a September shipment date. The agreement
designates AdSouth the exclusive distribution rights for retail
circulation as well as all television and other ad sales. The
Company has outsourced the manufacturing of the product, which
should lower overall cost of fabrication while increasing overall
production and quality. ASPR will pay a 15% royalty in total on all
units sold per the signed agreement. The Hercules Hook has never
before been offered to retail or in a direct response marketing
fashion, yet the product has gained significant interest and
acclaim via a broadcast retailer. International direct response
marketing powerhouse Billy Mays is the product spokesperson and a
driving force behind the products marketing thrust. The Hook is
packaged for retail sales with a price range from $9.99 to $14.99.
