Organic Plant Health, Inc., (OPHI), (PINKSHEETS: OPHI), an
exclusive manufacturer and distributor of organic-based fertilizers
and soil conditioners, announced today that it has reached an
agreement with five new retail partners further increasing the
retail availability of Organic Plant Health products. Three of the
five new retailers are Ace Hardware stores. The other two are large
garden centers located in North Carolina. Initially each retail
outlet will carry 8 to 10 key products with access to more as
needed. "We are beginning to see the results of our aggressive
retail expansion on the east coast," stated Dale R. Huffman,
Organic Plant Health, Regional Sales Manager. "As the spring
gardening season approaches we are experiencing a lot of success
and are very pleased with the increased availability of our
products. In addition to these retailers, our sales team
anticipates adding three to five more retail partners for spring
deliveries in March and early April."
Organic Plant Health also announced that they are nearing the
final stages of bringing a brand new product to market. The company
has been working on its new bio-fungicide: Turf & Garden
Warrior™. The product is developed to control fungus and disease on
a variety of indoor and outdoor plants including turf, ornamental
trees and shrubs, flowers and vegetable gardens. Company President
Billy Styles, said, "Turf & Garden Warrior is going to be an
important product every serious do-it-yourself homeowner, gardener
and landscaper will always want to keep on hand. It will be a vital
proactive and curative treatment for many common turf and foliar
diseases." Mr. Styles added, "We anticipate Turf & Garden
Warrior™ will be a big seller on our new ecommerce website that
will be launching next week and will become a significant revenue
stream for the company."
Mr. Styles also commented on the audit being conducted by SEC
auditing firm Silberstein Ungar, PLLC. "The audit is progressing
very well and we expect that it will be completed shortly. We look
forward to providing our shareholders with the results of the audit
upon its completion. The audit is an important step showing total
transparency and arriving at a true valuation of our share
price."
Lastly, Mr. Styles addressed shareholder concerns regarding the
recent reverse split and the delay of stock availability. Mr.
Styles stated, "The new laws, rules and regulations have been a
large part of the reason for the post-split delay in stock
availability. Being new to the public arena we have been extremely
cautious to ensure that everything has been handled compliantly and
within these regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this
unforeseen delay may have caused. It is my understanding that all
necessary documentation has been properly submitted and that normal
trading is expected to resume this week."
