West Hawk Development Corp. ("West Hawk") (TSX VENTURE:WHD)(FRANKFURT:H5N) (the
"Company") announces that Dr. John A. Reeves, Jr. has resigned as a Director of
West Hawk Development, and as Chief Executive Officer of West Hawk Energy, USA.
The Company thanks Dr. Reeves for his service, and will be seeking an
operations-based Manager to oversee operations and the future development of the
Figure Four Project in Colorado.
