SLT Specialty Liquid Transportation Corp

Solitaire Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SLT) (Solitaire) has entered into an
option agreement whereby it can earn up to a 100% interest in three land
packages comprising a total of 3,181 acres (25 units) along the southwest trend
of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp.'s (TSX symbol: EAG) Windfall Lake project in
north-western Quebec, Canada. The Windfall Lake property host high-grade gold
veins and has potential for wide mineralized zones of gold mineralization which
has underground and near-surface bulk mining potential.


Eagle Hill recently intersected 14.2 g/t Gold (Au) over 52 meters in drill hole
EAG-10-196 at their Windfall Lake project. In addition, they have discovered
three new gold zones, increased the potential for open pit mining, and
discovered new gold mineralization 900 meters along strike from their existing
gold zones (Refer to Eagle Hill Exploration Corp.'s April 28th, 2010 release).


In order for Solitaire to earn a 100% interest in these three properties it must
pay to the vendor a total of $85,000 and issue 1,000,000 common shares over a
period of three years. The vendor will also retain a 2% NSR.


Mike Magrum, P.Eng., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, has
approved the technical content of this news release.
