RSG Searchgold Resources Inc.

SearchGold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RSG) (FRANKFURT:S1O) proposes to reprice
and extend the 5,000,000 warrants previously issued in July 2008 at a price of
$0.15 and expiring July 4, 2009. These 5,000,000 warrants will now be
exercisable at a price of $0.10 per warrant until July 4, 2010.


These changes are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term
is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility
