RSG Searchgold Resources Inc.

SearchGold Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:RSG)(FRANKFURT:S1O), SearchGold 's board
of directors approved today the grant of 400,000 stock options to Moussa Keita,
Ph.D, Vice president - Exploration of the Company. The exercise price is fixed
at $0.12 per option and they are valid until June 24, 2013. These options are
subject to a 4-month minimum hold period.
