MONTREAL and PARIS, Nov. 3, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - PARTA Dialogue Inc. , expert in Social Campaign Optimization and Social Learning for businesses, announces that it entered into an Investor Relation agreement with PaRadox Public Relations Inc ("PARADOX"). The effective period of the agreement is two years. The services consist of marketing and organizing presentations to the investment community. For their services, PARADOX will receive professional fees of $6,000 per month and will be granted stock options to acquire up to 150,000 common shares of PARTA at the Price of $0.10, exercisable for a two year term from that date providing this Agreement continues to be in good standing; ¼ vesting on the date of grant and ¼ of the options vesting in each subsequent 3 months periods. PARTA reserves the right to grant additional options in the future as per terms mutually agreed to by the parties and subject to applicable security regulations. The appointment of PARADOX is subject to regulatory approval including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
