New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NDR) is pleased to announce that it
has closed the incentive program (the "Program") to encourage the early exercise
of its outstanding warrants ("August 2006 Warrant(s)").


A total of 1,561,000 warrants were exercised under the Program for a total of
$546,350 being received by the Company. Under the Program, each holder received
a unit (the "Unit") consisting of a common share and an additional half warrant
(each whole a "New Warrant") for each August 2006 Warrant exercised. Each Unit
will consist of one common share and one-half New Warrant. Each whole New
Warrant will allow the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a
price of $0.45 per share for one year following the date of issue of the Unit.


The proceeds of the Program are to be used to fund exploration activities on the
Company's properties.


The Company paid a commission to Haywood Securities Inc. of 128,237 common
shares in the capital of the Company, which is equal to 7% of the proceeds
raised as a result of their services in soliciting the August 2006 Warrant
holders.


A total of 1,312,440 of the original August 2006 Warrants are still remaining to
be exercisable under the original terms.


The Company would like to thank those warrantholders who participated in the
