Mart Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MMT) ("Mart" or the "Company") announces that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders (the "AGM") will be held at the
Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta on Tuesday, June
29, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. (Calgary time). The Company will provide a general
corporate update immediately after the formal proceedings of the AGM.


In addition, the AGM will be webcast for shareholders and others who are unable
to attend the AGM. To listen to the annual general meeting and view the
