Manson Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MCK) ('Manson Creek') is pleased to
announce that exploration is underway on its 100% owned Tell project, thought to
be part of the Rackla gold belt, 140 kilometers from Mayo, Yukon.

The Tell claims extend for over 8 kilometers along strike to the northwest from
the Tell natural spring gossan and vegetation kill zone. The Tell gossan extends
over 300 meters and is cored by a 75 meter by 240 meter zone hosting significant
zinc values in soil samples ranging from 10,000 to 49,600 parts per million
(ppm) zinc along with significant lead values. This zone has never been drill
tested and bears similarities to the Ocelot discovery recently announced by ATAC
Resources Ltd.

The Ocelot discovery was made by targeting an undrilled natural spring surface
gossan with associated strongly anomalous zinc and lead sample results. Like the
Ocelot zone, the Tell gossan is also located in and near regional carbonate
units within structurally complex geology in and proximal to the Rackla gold
belt.

Manson Creek geological personnel have commenced a property wide geochemical
stream sampling program in conjunction with geological mapping and prospecting
of favourable geology and structural elements on the Tell property.

Tell Project Background - Staking has expanded Manson Creek's Tell property to
approximately 1,950 hectares with the claims located approximately 140
kilometers east of Mayo, Yukon and contiguous to Strategic Metals Ltd. Goz
claims and ATAC Resources Ltd. Rau claims. Many of the recent gold and silver
discoveries in the region have been made in areas of prominent known, but not
drill tested, gossan zones that contain anomalous zinc, lead and pathfinder
minerals. The Tell property contains a large gossan, that is anomalous in zinc
and lead, as well as numerous arsenic and mercury anomalies that are considered
pathfinders for gold mineralization.

Virgin Arm Gold Project Update - Trenching is now complete on the Virgin Arm
gold project in Newfoundland. Trenching work has extended the Homer zone to the
east as well as exposing 9 felsic dyke occurrences in the Discovery Ridge Zone
over a strike length of approximately one kilometer. The Company is waiting for
the assay results of the channel samples collected over the new exposures.
Geological interpretation of the assay results will be conducted upon receipt.

Diamond drilling is expected to begin in the middle of July and will target the
gold mineralized Hank and Homer zones.
