Lucky Strike Resources Grants Options to Buy 1.5 Million Shares

Lucky Strike Resources Inc. has granted a total of 1.5 million incentive stock
options to directors, officers and consultants of the company. The strike price
of options issued to directors, officers, consultants, and employees are
exercisable at a price of 11 cents per share, all for a period of three years
ending Mar. 21, 2017. The stock options have been granted under and are governed
by the terms of the company's incentive stock option plan.
