Iberian Minerals Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IZN) today reports that David
Poynton, Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate
Secretary, has advised the Company that he is leaving Iberian to
pursue other opportunities in the mining industry.
Mr. Poynton, who has headed the Toronto office, has been
instrumental over the past year in all aspects of Iberian's
development, with particular emphasis on name recognition for the
company and its projects. During his tenure, analyst coverage on
the company has increased dramatically.
