EES Ecomax Energy Services Ltd.

EcoMax Energy Services Ltd. ("EcoMax" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EES)
announces that L.M. (Mike) Santiago has submitted his resignation from the Board
of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Santiago also served as the Chairman of
the Company's Audit Committee. The Company is continuing its search for
replacement directors in order to have nominees in place for its Annual Meeting.


The Board would like to thank Mike for his time, effort and contributions to the
Company over the past 7 years.
