LONGUEUIL, QC, Sept. 5, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Clemex Technologies
Inc. (The "Company" or "Clemex") (TSXV: CXG.A), announces the
conversion of a debenture originally issued on September 1st, 2010 to the Fonds de
Soutien Relève (FRS). The Company issued 1,200,000 ordinary
class "A" shares representing $150,000 at a conversion price of $0.125 per share.
The transaction was already approved by the TSX
Venture on October 9th,
2010.
