Advanced Primary Minerals Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: APD) would like to announce that the consolidation of the Corporation's common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation share for every seven (7) pre-consolidation shares will be effective for trading purposes on the TSX Venture Exchange as of December 18, 2009 rather than December 14, 2009 as previously announced.
