VANCOUVER, Oct. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Pure Industrial Real
Estate Trust ("PIRET") (TSXV: AAR.UN) today announced that its
Board of Trustees has approved a cash distribution of $0.025 per trust unit for the month of
October 2011 (equivalent to
$0.30 per trust unit on an annualized
basis). This distribution will be paid on November 15, 2011 to unitholders of record at the
close of business on October 31,
2011.
The policy of Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust
is to pay cash distributions on or about the 15th day of each month
to the unitholders of record on the last business day of the
preceding month.
PIRET's units are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the
symbol AAR.UN. PIRET has 50,423,903 units issued and
outstanding.
