BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary
of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:BLK), today announced the July 2010 cash distributions
for the eleven iShares funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange which pay on a
monthly basis. Unitholders of record on July 29, 2010 will receive cash
distributions payable on July 30, 2010. Details of the "per unit" distribution
