AXA Equitable Promotes Kevin Molloy to Senior Vice President of Distribution Finance

NEW YORK, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kevin Molloy has been
elected Senior Vice President of Distribution Finance for AXA
Equitable Life Insurance Company, the primary U.S. life insurance
and savings subsidiary of the global AXA Group. The announcement
was made today by Richard Dziadzio, the Chief Financial Officer of
AXA Financial, Inc., the parent company of AXA Equitable. In his
new role, Mr. Molloy serves as the senior business partner between
the Executive Vice Presidents in charge of AXA Equitable's retail
and wholesale distribution organizations and service delivery
operation and the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. He leads a
team of finance professionals who work with retail, wholesale, and
service delivery business unit leaders to identify and provide the
critical financial information, metrics, and advice necessary to
meet corporate financial goals. Mr. Molloy is responsible for
ensuring seamless communication of vision, policy, and results

became Vice President of Distribution Finance in April 2007. From
November 2003 to April 2007, he served as Vice President and head
of North American Investor Relations office. In this role, Mr.
Molloy managed communications with institutional investors
regarding AXA's financial results, business trends, and outlook.
Mr. Molloy joined AXA Equitable in 1999 as Director of Corporate
Finance responsible for performing financial and strategic analyses
related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital
markets activities. Reporting directly to Kevin R. Byrne, Treasurer
and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Molloy implemented risk
management programs to mitigate guaranteed insurance product
exposure, including interest rate and equity market risk. Prior to
joining AXA Equitable, Mr. Molloy was an equity research analyst,
focused on the financial services industry. He began his career in
1993 as an economist and corporate profits analyst with The United
States Department of Commerce's Bureau of Economic Analysis. Mr.
Molloy received both a Bachelor of Science degree in resource
economics and a Master of Science degree in agricultural and
resource economics from The University of Connecticut. A resident
of New York City, Mr. Molloy is a USA Cycling Category II
