Securities & Income Fund and Western Asset/Claymore
Inflation-Linked Opportunities & Income Fund , each a
closed-end management investment company, announce the resignation
of Mr. Nicholas Dalmaso as a Trustee of the Funds. Subsequent to
Mr. Dalmaso’s resignation, each Fund’s Board of Trustees has
reduced the size of the Board.
