Cash Dividend Declaration

On February 19, 2015, Vishay declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock outstanding payable on March 25, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 12, 2015.  A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA – February 20, 2015 Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that yesterday the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, to be paid on March 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
