CHICAGO, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Starting January 14, 2008, Chicago Tribune will debut slightly modified page dimensions to its printed newspaper that provides an improved reader and advertising experience as well as brings it in line with other major metropolitan newspapers. Chicago Tribune's new page width will be 12 inches, 1/2-inch narrower, while its height will remain the same. The change to this new industry standard width will provide advertisers with more universal ad sizes and conserve newsprint. Chicago Tribune's editorial design will also be updated to enhance reader appeal.
