SRA Appoints David H. Langstaff to Board of Directors FAIRFAX, Va., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International, Inc. a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to the federal government, today announced that David H. Langstaff has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors. Langstaff served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Veridian Corporation from 1995 to 2003, when it was acquired by General Dynamics. From1984 to 1995, he held a number of senior executive positions at Veridian predecessor companies. Veridian specialized in critical national security programs, primarily for the intelligence community, the Department of Defense, and other government agencies involved in homeland security. During his tenure as CEO, the company's annual sales increased from approximately $100 million to $1.2 billion. In June 2002, Langstaff led Veridian's successful initial public offering.
