SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, today announced that Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) awarded the company a five-year recompete contract. SRA has supported OCSE for the past 14 years performing similar work, and will continue to assist OCSE in operation of the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS) program, supporting child support location and enforcement and the reduction of fraud, waste and abuse in public assistance programs.

The FPLS is a successful, mission-focused federal program used to locate non-custodial parents who are delinquent in child support payments and aid in the enforcement of child support orders, benefiting federal and state stakeholders. As the FPLS program support provider, SRA helps ensure smooth operation of the FPLS program activities by resolving issues and facilitating stakeholder buy-in to promote program success.

“We are proud of our long-standing, successful partnership with OCSE,” said SRA Senior Vice President Steve Tolbert. “SRA is committed to helping FPLS with supporting our nation’s children and families, and has an integrated team of experts with deep knowledge and experience with state and federal child support programs that can ensure the success of the FPLS and OCSE missions.”

SRA FPLS services include program management support; federal collections operations; performance evaluation and analysis; validation testing; technical assistance and training; support for data matching between OCSE and other agencies; and security planning. SRA produces state studies and technical assistance plans, system test plans and reports, data matching agreements, conference presentations, outreach publications, statistical studies and program accomplishments.
